Future development near 466A

We visited TV for two months this past summer. Noticed all the new construction in the vicinity of 466A. Does anyone know what is planned along 466A in terms of shopping, restaurants, etc., as we are leaning towards a new home in that area?

We're in Liberty Park and a lot of the development now underway is between Liberty Park and 466-A....It's a good area to locate since you're near Lake Sumter Landing and will be three or four miles from the new Square Brownwood...and you'll have great access to 75 and the Turnpike. I think that Colony Plaza will be sort of like Southern Trace is today. You'll also only be 4 or so miles from the mega-shopping restaurant complex Buffalo Ridge...there will be a lot of good restaurants in there mixed with fast-food places. I'd say for now...you'll be rather ideally located.

Where's Buffalo Ridge going to be located? Hadn't heard of that until now. We are in Liberty Park, too (part time).

Buffalo Ridge is up near the High School... off 466 and Buena Vista
