Is anyone aware of a professional knife sharpening service in or near TV?

I know nothing about a name or quality of work or anything else, but I did see a sign yesterday (Sunday) outside a building at the very eastern end of CR-466A right where it intersects with 27/441 in Fruitland Park saying "Scissors and knives sharpened here."
