Is anyone having trouble with their cell phone service. Mine keeps telling me " the network is busy". Have had no problems in the 5 years I've been a customer, until now.

We have ATT and have had it for years, no problems at all, best reception of any of the cell companies out here and yes we have tried all the big ones! Did you try shutting to down completely kinda like rebooting?

We have Consumer Cellular and they use the AT&T network. No problems anywhere. with this service.

Still having problems, phoned technical support who took me through loads of procedures which took over half an hour. Advised to go to store and ask to have sim card checked.
Was told by manager that a number of people were experiencing problems and they had an update which advised interruption to service was possible while work was carried out on a tower and normal service would be resumed by May 11th.

My neighbor has AT&T and her calls drop all the time. When I call her it goes directly to voice mail. AT&T gave her a brand new phone after doing all kinds of test. Still does not work. She is stuck in a 2 year contract
