We are considering moving to a safe location, currently thinking about Kentucky, up near the Corvette factory.

You may want to take a peak at the map on the link provided above. Bowling Green KY is an area very prone to sink holes.

Blueash, I think BlaZen was being funny! The Corvette museum fell into a sinkhole recently.:1rotfl:

Now this looks like a very interesting development.
This information was included in an AOL article titled "Retirement community living in fear". They identify the community as the Villages but include a photo of a community that is NOT the Villages. I already received an email from a relative asking about our home's condition. Here we go with another issue that will "haunt" the Villages for an unknown around of time.

You are right. Perceptions become Reality because so many people today are officially LOW KNOWLEDGE. Many don't get past the Headlines. Most "aware" people know that Florida is but one of many states known for sinkholes and that there is no such beast as a "sinkhole neighborhood".
