completely clueless about geography of TV

I am looking at a couple of places to rent and one is in Belvedere and the other is in Piedmont. When I check google earth and yahoo maps I become even more confused. It appears that Belvedere is very far to the south and Piedmont is to the west. If that is true, which one is the closest to the either Spanish Springs or Sumpter Landing and about how long by golf cart to get to either. Any recommendations would be most appreciated.

Belvedere is a little more centrally located; Piedmont is in upper NW corner of Villages close to Rt 42 and Mulberry Grove...both very nice areas; Belvedere will be closer to shopping and Lake Sumter square.

Belvedere is closer to Lake Sumter and Piedmont to Spanish Springs.
Both are nice and I'm sure you'd be happy spending time either place.

You can purchase a updated, comprehensive map of the entire Villages from the sales dept.
