For the last few days, I have attempted to send time sensitive files by Outlook email but I get a delivery failure message each time. I have obtained more that one email from the organizations but still getting the failure notices. Anyone else having this problem or know the solution?

Wow!!! My first post.....
There could be a couple of issues here:
1) The file you are sending could be too big for your server, or the person's server you are trying to send the attachment. If the file is less than 2 meg, you should be OK. Most servers allow up to 5 meg.
2) If that is not an issue, then it gets tricky. The org you are sending too may (probably does) use a spam filter. Not that your email is spam, but these filters use a "resending" mechanism to test for spam and sometimes there is a delay from your server (no fault of yours) in sending the email back. Thus the spam filter thinks is it spam and refuses the email.
There could be many more issues, with many variables. Good Luck.
Kevin from Mpls - in hopes to be in TV soon.

If they don't need the document to be edited and in MS Word, you could always save it off as a .pdf file and then send it. Anyone can open it then and the file will be smaller.

Kevin and jnieman, thank you so much for your help; you were right, my file was to big so I split it and sent as a pdf file. As I said this info was time sensitive; I am so grateful for your help and knowledge! Kevin, hope you make it to The Villages soon!!!
