I have previously ordered my CPAP supplies through APRIA, but have been unable to contact them via phone. I'v tried four different phone calls, in varying "hold" length from 10 - 17 minutes, and no human contact - just the "your call is important" messages. Anyone know if they are still is business? They had an office in Spanish Springs near the square, but I live in Buttonwood and have not travelled that side in a while to see if its still there.

I found this 800 on their website:

General questions or comments
To speak with a customer service representative about services available in your area,
call us toll-free at (800) 277-4288

There was also this message:

Important Notice: Nationwide network outage
We apologize to our Apria Healthcare patients and referral sources who have unsuccessfully tried to contact us for an update or status on their products and services. Regrettably, a networking outage triggered by a major telecommunications carrier based out of Virginia early this morning, April 22, 2014, has impacted the phone and email communication systems that connect patients to our 400 branches nationwide.

We are in frequent contact with the provider who is working as quickly as possible to resolve the data and voice transmission problems. We're starting to see progress on these efforts, but are not there yet. We will continue to provide updates here until the service is completely restored.

They supply my cpap supplies in Chattanooga TN until we get to TV full time and I have no problem getting what I need.

Oh :( Thank you, AlanMcDonald. I will attempt to follow up on an almost month old request at some other time. Might be quicker to go to the store at SS .

We tried for several months to get CPAP supplies for my husband through Apria. They were a new provider to us, due to a change in our insurance. Yesterday my husband contacted Lincare and we should have supplies within a week. We aren't sure why we couldn't get anywhere with Apria, but our business did not seem important to them.

That is good to know. Thank you for the suggestion. If Lincare doesn't work out Colonial will be our next phone call.
