I always (mistakenly) thought it meant original post, not poster.

I wonder what people think when I write <stuff snipped from OP by Alan> in a quoted post? Now that I know it is poster and not post, I will be careful to no longer snip anything from OP :shocked:

If it's from a certain poster we all know and love, it might mean "ornery post". Not saying any names, but he is probably drinking a bud light right at this moment
