I think I want to plant 3 foot shrubs around the back of my house, very tightly...possibly around the entire house...like a fence made of shrubs...but obviously just shrubs, no fencing....anyone have any recommendations for a landscaper to do this where i might see a picture on their website? i'm not down there full time yet, but want it to be done before i get there....thanks everyone!

You should probably check your deed restrictions as I believe some/most homesites do not permit the type of planting you are considering.

U need ARC approval, doubt they will approve it,
also to have work done without U being here is ill advised.

Architectural Review Committee. One thing I know they don't allow is planting in the utility easement at the rear, and the drainage swales at both sides.

There are set backs front & rear
U can only plant within those, moreover, plants must be 2' within those setbacks front & rear.
Sides are different, 2' setback from the property line, you can plant in the swale.
