Ortho Dr for shoulder

Looking for good ortho doctor for my shoulder. Any recommendations?

Dr Cowen did my shoulder 2 yrs ago rotator cuff and bone spur....did a great job

Dr. Peter Mulhern. He is not knife happy and will only do surgery if necessary.

I have worked with several ortho docs in the area. Without question, I recommend Dr. Isaac Mitchell with Tri-County Ortho. His is the best! If I would ever need ortho surgery, I would definitely have one of this group's doc do my surgery!
