Hi all!

Does anyone know what the toll is from Orlando Airport to TV. The directions only say 2 tolls roads.

It has been a while, but I think around $7.

Two toll roads, FL turnpike to exit 254, that takes you onto 528 to the airport. $10 - 12 for the round trip. Return, out of the airport, north bound, exit 1b to 528, then onto FL turnpike north.

According to this Florida Turnpike Tolls (http://turnpikeinfo.com/florida/tolls/tollData.php) Website, it's $4.00 each way. That seems about right, we go Florida Mall about once a month, which is right next to the airport. We usually pay $2.50 when we get on at 441 then a second time is $1.50 about ten miles from getting off in Wildwood.

Thank you for all the information, we just wanted to be prepared. Were we live we don't have tolls. The time seems to be crawling. Our flight is 5am and I bet that will seem fast. lol

Can you pay cash for all tolls to and from TV / Orlando / Tampa? We will be visiting next week with a rental and will not have the toll pass.

ps - if anyone wants to meet for a coffee or drink to give us the inside scoop on TV :)

There are no tolls to Tampa using I-75 from TV...They do accept cash at the toll plazas going to Orlando.

You can pay cash, but there are barrier booths periodically on the turnpike, rather than upon entry and exit.

If you have a rental car, consider asking for one with a Sunpass in it. However, in addition to being charged for the tolls, the rental car company may ask for a service charge for this. Avis, for example, charges $14.75 (this is once for the entire rental period).

This time of year the Cash Gates on the Toll roads aren't too crowded. If it was a different time of year such as a Holiday I would say get a rental with a Sunpass. It's about 9.00 round trip to OIA from TV. I75 or I 4 going to Tampa are interstate and no tolls.

If you are going to make that trip often, get a Sunpass at Publix and put it in your car. Using that, each toll is less!
