House on market one day and we have an offer for 5 grand more than asking price. They have been preapproved with a conventional loan. Eleven showings today so more offers may come in... Sold to highest bidder.

I worried myself silly for nothing about this house not selling due to construction next door.

Do I need to tell you how thrilled I am. One more step closer to TV!!!!

We're coming down next month to experience and learn about The Villages and, judging from what we've learned so far will likely be placing our Michigan home on the market shortly. Hope we enjoy the same results as tippyclubb. Congratulations!
