We just received a letter from Tri County Landscapes (TCL) that they will no longer be servicing our property. It says they know their service has not been up to their standards lately and now our account is being transferred to Central Florida Lawn Solutions effective today. We have had them for almost 4 years. Neighbors received same letter. Anyone ever hear of Central Florida Lawn Solutions??? I can't find anything online, no website or comments except on TOTV back in 2009.

I got the same letter and know nothing more. I was thinking of calling them today. If you hear anything, please share. Thanks!

Yes, I too would appreciate any word on this. I. like others have left for a few months and was hoping that most services would continue as scheduled. Is this the same Tri County with Scott as manager? I have heard on this site that there are two Tri County Landscapers.
Thx

We have had Central Florida Lawn Solutions for 3 years and are happy with them.
We are about to have them start a major project so I'll have more to say in 3 weeks.

That's encouraging about Central FL Lawn Sol. My husband called them yesterday and they said they would continue at same price and with better service. They didn't know what day of the week we would be serviced until they get to see all the properties. We'll see. We were so happy with TCL until Jan of this year when our crew was changed. We didn't complain but were about to as it was getting shipshod.

Funny...We received the same letter. My next door neighbor did not receive it. They are new, & paying $55.00 per month. We were paying $45.00 per month. Uhmn!!! We think it has all to do with them getting rid of the lower paying clients. Oh well ... We've already had the new company and they did a good job.

I use to have them, stopped their services in Dec., 2013. Got information from a reliable source that they changed ownership. New owner wanted time management of 7 min. max on lawns, which resulted in complaints from homeowners, stress and employees quitting. Used them for a year before the problems started in the fall, 2013. Didn't look like the same quality at all. I called about three times, they were not responsive, Chad was suppose to talk to me, never did, found out he quit. They have problems. They were highly recommended by the Villages before the change in ownership last summer.
