you will also have to have your Power of Attorney and medical Power of Attorney redone to bring to Florida standards. We use Michael Millhorn 352 430-2540, specializes in Elder Care Law. Located on 441 next to Billy's Cafe. Very professional and affordable.

My husband and I used Mary Turner. She is near Southern Trace. Very reasonable and you can call her anytime and not pay for a call.

I used the following and did it myself -Quicken Will Maker 2014 (http://www.nolo.com/products/quicken-willmaker-plus-wqp.html)

If you can do your own taxes with Turbo Tax...... this will be easy for you also. It walks you through all of the questions and in the end makes all of the legal documents for you to print out and notarize.

It cost me $43 and I don't think any lawyer would do it for that amount.
