Car Guys Automotive is an advertiser on TOTV. Recently there were a couple of posts on TOTV by their representative soliciting business.
My car had just had a fender bent by a woman who backed into it, and my insurance company had included Car Guys as one of their "approved" repair shops in the area. The insurance company said they would guarantee a satisfactory repair if I used an approved shop.
In response to one of Car Guys posts I said I was getting work done there and would report on the results. My main concern was the possible difficulty in blending the newly painted fender color with the rest of the car which was a 2001 model.
This is the follow up on my promise --- a report on the repair.
They did an excellent job! They replaced the dented fender panel and blended it with the surrounding area very nicely.
The got the job completed on time. Our contacts with them, from the first meeting, through interim contacts and the pick up of the car were characterized by great courtesy on their part.
I am quite pleased with the Car Guys.
