What a great send off.....

I really don't have the words to express how much last night meant to me. Before I say why, maybe I should explain to anyone else on TOTV, who should happen to read this, exactly what happened last night that was so special. Most of the friends I have made, since I first came to the Villages last September, got together to throw me a surprise party to say goodbye. .And for no other reason than I'm heading north for the summer. Fortunately though, I found out about the surprise in enough time to make sure the house was picked up! The thought that I didn't know a sole here, when I first decided to dive in head first and make my way to Florida's Friendliest Hometown, this party helped me to realize just how right the decision to move here really was. I still can't get over how many good, dear, friends I have made in such a short time. It's AWESOME!

THANK YOU My Dear Friends... Carol, Karen, Joe, Bill, Ken, Ron & Ron, Diane, Sandra & Linda, Ronnye, Dan, Larry, Denny, Judy & Bob, for the wonderful send off. I don't think I left anyone out, but, if I did it's only because I didn't get much sleep last night.

Ken took a bunch of pictures that I hope he will post here.

Katie - I'm so happy you have found the same joy in TV that I did 4 years ago. I knew you'd make fast friends and enjoy this life... I'm already back in NH - selling our lake home so we can become Frogs... Enjoy your summer....
