Village of Delmar Driveway Party Sunday May 25th

The Village of Delmar driveway party for May will be held Sunday May 25th from 3-5 pm at 847 Bolivar. The party will be hosted by Kathy Ridley and Deborah Fowler.

All Village of Delmar residents, renters and guests are invited. Please bring a lawn chair, drink and a snack to share.

No RSVP is needed, just come and meet your neighbors

Hello all fellow Delmar residents:

First, many thanks to Kathy Ridley and Deborah Fowler for hosting the May party. Especial thanks for the hot dogs! The attendance was extremely good for when “snowbirds” are already in the North!


In the interest of keeping these parties going (I am afraid to discontinue as it might be difficult starting up again), I will host the June party at 744 Prado Drive, on Sunday June 29th from 6 to 8 pm (note revised time due to heat…this was a suggestion at the last party). We will play it by ear on July and August depending on the attendance in June.


I have volunteers to host the October and November parties but need volunteers for other months especially for September. It is not necessary to provide any food or drink (although a number of hosts have kindly done so). I will take care of the email notification, printing of paper fliers, and posting to Talk of the Villages.


I will publicise this again about one week before the party. If anyone would like to host or has any other suggestions about organizing the driveway party please PM me or email me at msbrit60@gmail.com.
