Anyone?
Several folks were there...talk it up with your friends. Possibly someone who's not a TOTV member.

Do you have "Attorney Dan Newlin" on hold waiting for a witness to the near miss?

I'm sorry you had this scare and also certainly happy that it was a near miss and no contact was made. There really are not that many on TOTV in relation to the population here......so most likely you will not have a response from any witness...but happy you are alright.

A Stellar truck/trailer cut me off in a circle in Feb - and gave ME a dirty look and a Spanish yell and gesture.
And THE reason I did not contract with Stellar for lawn care on our new home...
Sorry about your close call.

To the OP. Since another poster just told of an incident with a Steller truck, I would certainly call steller and tell them about your situation......if you haven't already.

No need to translate the gesture I'll bet, but this may help with the yell: http://www.spanishdict.com/ [emoji6]

So glad you're Ok. So easy to replace metal on cars, but never easy to undo damage to a person. Some people are just stupid drivers, and as the saying goes, you can't fix stupid! So glad you were not hurt.

Thanks for the genuine concern Gerryann...I spoke to one of the field managers today and am expecting a call from the owner on Monday.

Just a word of warning...don't get complacent. Even when construction is completed, you'll still be seeing landscapers, delivery trucks and lawn maintenance vehicles etc.

Possibly see a few homeowners as well.
