Rooms To Go

Has anyone had any dealings with Rooms To Go?
We bought living room and bedroom furniture at the Ocala store but are having a problem with one item and after three deliveries we still haven't gotten a chest of drawers that doesn't have a major flaw.
I don't think a broken leg can be "fixed" by sending a repairman out to fix it.
Serious dents, missing paint, misaligned drawers and drawers that didn't open or function were evident on all three chests that they delivered.
Should we just send it all back or does anyone have any insight on the problem?
Are we going to get a reasonable solution or should we just cut our losses and get some piece of mind.

I just ordered on line a living room, bedroom, and dinnete set they
guaranteed me delivery the 17 of june as of that day i won't have a lick of furniture not even a chair to sit down on, I hope I have better luck than you

We are having the same problem getting repairs from Rooms to Go. Customer Service now promises to replace two dressers when we are back (part timers right now) after originally saying the inspector did not note any problems but they deny that the inspector reported the damaged box spring and mattress that he told us he would report, so they are sending another inspector when the delivery is made.

We have had outstanding Customer Service with Rooms To Go in Ocala. They delivered when they said they would, the dining room set is as was shown in the store. I have also dealt with Rooms to Go in Orlando and no problems. If your not sure, just send it all back and tell them to redeliver a new set....

We bought some furniture from their store in Leesburg and their service was GREAT.........Delivery, install was super fast and efficient too.

I bought a table and chairs from RTG and the chairs wobbled. No problem, they replaced the chairs without any hassles and no undue delay. I continue to buy from them because of the way the handled this issue.
