To say we are happy customers would be an understatement. We were shown every courtesy and when we took our new cart back for some corrections we felt were in order, they were done on the spot with smiles and profuse apologies.
The best surprise was after we had paid for the cart and closed the deal, and before our cart was delivered, they told us an upcoming sale was lowering the base price on our cart by $500. We had a refund check, plus tax, waiting when we picked up the cart.
I have been in the service industries and corporate world all my life but this was one of the finest examples of outstanding customer service. Kris Young and manager Brandon Whetstone are exemplary.
And the cart - a 2014 Yamaha EFI - totally satisfied.
