I have delux headphones but the jack is too big to fit my computer and portable DVD player. Is there a place of business in or near the Villages that can put on a new one at a reasonable price? How much should I expect to pay?

Just go to Radio Shack and buy an 1/4" to 1/8" (stereo) adapter for a couple of bucks.

Or, possibly your headset has a PL-55 jack, which would require a different adapter. Take your headset with you; the clerk should know what you need.
There is a Radio Shack at US 27 (441) and Rolling Acres Road.
