I have tried at least 3 or 4 management companies and found it much easier to do it ourselves and with less hassle (and we live and manage our property long distance from California. If you want to PM me, I will tell you about some management companies and their horror stories.

Call Jeff Halstead @352-409-6733. He is a Home Watch company. He is honest, and reliable. We have used him for 2 years.
PS tell him Kathy Barbato sent you.

You're talking about a company to manage your rental program, and not just a Home Watch Company, right?
We've used the same Homewatch Company for seven years and highly recommend them.
However they don't get involved in rentals.

Dear Sonja, if and when you decide to call Jeff Halstead, ask him of he works with companies that handle rentals, even if he doesn't do it himself. Good luck. He is wonderful. :)
