The final day when they did the design they were there before 6am and done by 7:30. Cliff is very knowledgeable and can provide addresses so you can see the designs in person. Cliff finished our driveway today. When we first contacted him he gave us a start date of Monday 9/7/2015. His men were there the preceeding friday to power wash the driveway.
Early Monday morning Cliff and his crew were at my home to apply the base coat. He said he will return Wednesday to complete the job. At 6:15 AM they returned and completed our driveway.

Cliff advised us that he would send us a reminder postcard in one year to have everything sealed. A little after one year had passed and nothing from Cliff came, I called Cliff to schedule the sealing to be done. He seemed irritated that I had called him and again repeated that I would get a postcard. Now two months later, no postcard and no Cliff. Cliff is a fast talker, BUT what he says and does is top notch. He explains everything and pulls no punches. No matter if you need concrete poured or ground before painting is done, Cliff has the best workers I've encountered in The Villages. Many have been with him for years. They are paid well but he expects and receives perfection in their work. I had a drive repainted which required grinding off the old paint. I had concrete added to a dirt area in front of my door. Thrilled with Cliff. We are scheduled to have our driveway, walkways, back patio's and Lanai stained in early March.

We had a warranty repair made a couple of weeks ago on our lanai concrete. The Villages came out and put down a knockdown finish. The lanai was basically unusable until the finish could be done. Cliff had his staff come out special to stain and seal the Lanai early so we can use the Lanai without waiting until March! We had our driveway, front walk and front porch painted in April 2021. Cliff and his guys were great!!! He first sent a crew to grind off the old paint from 2004 about 3 weeks prior then painted. It's beautiful and exactly what we wanted!!! We will have them reseal it and also seal our lanai.
