Begin by standing on a comfortable surface where you have plenty of room at each side .
With a 5-lb. potato bag in each hand extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can . Try to reach a full minute then relax.
Each day you will find that you can hold this position just a bit longer .
After a couple of weeks move up to 10- lb. potato bags . Keep moving up in weight ideally every two weeks .
Eventually you will be amazed that you can hold 50-kb. potato bags . Keep increasing your efforts until you can hold a 100 lb , bag in each hand for a full minute .[ I`m excited to share that I am now at this level ] .
After you feel confident at the 100 lb. bag level then and only then put a potato in each bag !
