Our knobs on the lamp post sign have deteriorated and need replaced. These are the knobs that are on the end of the cross bar that holds the name sign. Where can I purchase them?

Our knobs on the lamp post sign have deteriorated and need replaced. These are the knobs that are on the end of the cross bar that holds the name sign. Where can I purchase them?The vendor of signs at the markets on the town squares sell replacements in either black or white that look like golf balls. I believe that the Ace Hardware stores also have replacements.
