Tom at The VillagesAV installed an over-the-air antenna in our attic and connected it to 3 TVs as well as mounting one TV on the wall. We now pick up a bunch of channels from Orlando - perfect reception with no pixelation. The wall mount looks perfect and he will be coming back out to do another wall mount. Tom is the best and I recommend him to anyone looking for a top quality installation.

If you're thinking about going off-air but are afraid you'll really miss the ease of a PVR, we discovered that TiVo boxes provide great PVR features for broadcast tv. We bought ours used for $80 and it requires a $15/mo subscription, but it records over 200 hours and is way cheaper than the cheapest basic service we could find. Very pleased with it.

I don't believe it is appropriate to discuss prices on this forum. Tom did a great job, was very reasonable, is obviously very knowledgeable, and we are completely satisfied. There are a lot of contractors down here and it can be hard to figure out who the real deal is. For my wife and I, word of mouth is everything. Tom did a great job and I am just passing it along.
