Keys Courtyard Villas

Are there pre-owned Keys Villas to purchase? We would want a Villa for our dogs (and us). I don't know which Villages to search in.

Some of the page linked says:

"Courtyard villas are offered in two distinct styles. The Savannah Series Courtyard Villas feature concrete construction with cementitious finish and the Keys Series Courtyard Villas feature quality frame construction with easy care vinyl siding exterior."


I do not know for sure but I would guess that many Villages with Villas have both of these kinds???

There are villas being built near us. (466A). Don't know yet if they will be Savannas or Keys. I have a camera if you want any pictures.

don't search by village.. if a resale, you're looking at either The Villages website http://www.thevillages.com/homes/vls/index.asp , and just go to resales (previously owned homes) and flip through them - you can't sort by village readily

also use the MLS listings (an example I use: http://www.milfordleedy.com/ not associated with TV) and there they often do let you use a sort for villas only (but include patio villas which don't have a fence. good luck
