We are John and Rose, we just purchased our home on the Historic Side. We love the fact that the house is only three minutes to Spanish Springs. We are currently still in New York, but coming down in a few days. Looking forward to golf and softball for starters. If you see us with our teacup poodle in the dog park, say hi.

Welcome, Allegiance! We are new and on the "historic" side also ( makes me laugh every time I say that!) we are back home in OH. We look forward to returning right after Labor Day. Hope to meet you at the Paradise dog park. We take our little dogs there around five o'clock each afternoon.

We are only a stones throw (or two) from the golf cart bridge in Silver Lake. We hope the rec center opens soon. Its a great location, so many stores so close yet a peaceful tree lined street. Dont tell anyone but the secret Jacuzzi is close by too. When we were there for a week we used our car only once. Met so many wonderful people already, especially that lovely couple that was giving out free Kool-aid, we have felt so happy ever since.

Silver Lake Recreation Center? I don't know when they are going to open. I haven't kept up with that one. I'll ask around and get back to you. I love that recreation center. The pool tables in there are beautiful. I hope they keep them. I can't imagine they replace them.

I won't mention the secret you-know-what. I cannot wait until our pools start staying open until 11 p.m. again. That is one of the things I love over here too. Again, welcome. I'm glad you love it here too.
