I am having a movie night at my new home in the Village of Hillsborough on Wednesday evening June 11th. If you like this type of movie, you will be in for a real treat. The movie is called Miss Potter and the following is a synopsis:

Blending lush animation sequences with live-action drama, director Chris Noonan constructs this unconventional biopic about the personal life of beloved children's author and illustrator Beatrix Potter (Peter Rabbit).

Cast: Renée Zellweger, Ewan McGregor, Emily Watson

The following link has some wonderful reviews of the movie;

Social hour starts at 6:00 and movie at 7:00. Private message me only if you would like to see it and I will send directions to my house. I do not live in the Barrineau villas anymore. Please bring something to drink and maybe throw a chair in your car in case we need an extra one.

thanks so much, ron! the movie was really great and enjoyed all the features about it afterward...your new home is gorgeous, roe's empanadas were delish, and the company wonderful....eight women and you! now those are pretty good odds...the guys should follow your lead and do some movie nights themselves :)

I enjoyed the movie also even though it was second time for me. I had forgotten the fantastic cinematography and the way they mixed in the animations of Beatrix's drawings. The company of Roe, Dianne, Kitty, Sandra, Kathleen, Ronnye, Sally, and JJ was most welcome. And let's not forget the ninth female named Molly. All I can say is that I enjoyed being with all of you and Joe and Bill, you missed a wonderful movie and good company. Sorry you couldn't join us. Next time. Hope to see some of you at Saturday's meet and greet.
