Having trouble accessing The Villages Box Office seating chart

Would appreciate any suggestions.

I am logged onto thevillages.net box office, click on the show I want to buy tickets for, select the time/date and then it takes me to the seating chart page, which is blank!! No seating chart.

I called the box office and they checked their computer, and it was working fine. I am on a laptop, not a tablet.

Suggestions?? Thanks.

Well, did you tell them what show? Some of them are open to non=residents and you have to go to the box ofc to buy tickets so they can be stingy with them.

Yes, I told her what show. It also has been advertised on the radio as available through the box office, on line. BTW, I was logged in as a TV resident.

Pretty sure it's a glitch with MY computer. There is something I don't have downloaded....maybe.
