Do you think TV will open another resident club similar to Katie Belle's in the new town square being built?

As much as I'd like to see it I have to ask: What is the advantage for the developer to do so? KB is not really a big source of income for him so why invest? ??? ???

Why does the Developer do anything? To make The Villages a more inviting place to live.
Which increases income for the Developer.

I'd love to see another Katie Belles .. have you ever tried to get a dinner reservation when Rocky is playing? Always a good time at KBs. :bigthumbsup:

Do not see why they would repeat the concept. It makes it unique to have just the one venue.

Katie belles has not lost her charm, We just had guests here for two days from "up north" and took them to KB for brunch .....ITS WAS SUPERB ..Our friends were very impressed and $7.98 on weekends makes it one of the best deals in the villages...... :bigthumbsup: :bigthumbsup:
