Does anyone have a good hair stylist at Salon Jaylee that they can recommend?
I see they are having specials on Saturdays for $24. but don't know if you can use any of the stylists or if it has to be recent graduates.
Thanks in advance.

I use the Lady Lake salon, next to target, Christine is the stylist and her rates are more than this special offer. I prefer not to have a newbie cut and highlight my hair. therefore, a seasoned stylist will charge more. I have been going there for 1 year and happy with the salon and stylist.

Thanks. I am hoping to find someone on the south end of The Villages that is reasonably priced, but no luck so far.

Believe it or not but I get good results with fantastic SAMs on 441. Only problem you can't make appointments days ahead of time.

Leigha is great. Not sure if her services are part of the $ 24.00. That's half what she charges!

When getting your hair cut, reasonably price is not a good choice.

I pay 40 something and spend some time with Joshua who is a nice fellow at the salon on 466. I look like I am 74 years old when I enter and I look like I'm 74 when I leave but the hair isn't in my eyes anymore and I am probably a safer driver.

I too use Christina on 441 since I get multi-dimensional highlights (foils) on my medium-to-long hair and a cut & blow-dry each time I go in. She recently was made a senior designer which meant her prices increased from $134 to $164 for full services. I've use her for almost a year now. She's the best I've found in TV since moving here over 2-1/2 years. Prior to her, I had a couple of disastrous experiences when it took months for my hair to recover from over processing.
The location at Colony has a lot of recent grads whereas the more experienced stylists are at 441 location next to Target is what I've been told.

Thanks for all comments and advice. Guess I'll just have to 'bite the bullet' and pay more for a good haircut.

I have replaced my Salon Jaylee visits with Color Me Hair Studio. Jennifer Spratt is the owner and the stylist. Excellent work with my foils, base color and a cut for medium length hair. Prices are much more reasonable and you do not have to wait while Salon Jaylee stylists work one or two other customers in while you wait. Very satisfied. located on Wedgewood Lane 352-750-0057

Can anyone recommend a salon that does more of an organic
hair color?

Aveda advertises their hair color is 99% "naturally derived"....take that for what it's worth. There is a salon in Ocala and another in Mt. Dora. May be your best best. I've never had my hair colored by them, but I have at least one friend who simply won't use another brand of color.

Anyone go to Binks at the Salon Jaylee near Target? I talked to a lady with a really cute hairstyle a few days ago, and that's who she uses. Thinking about giving her a try.

I go to Salon Chioma and love it! Their prices are reasonable, service superb, and they are always on time. No waiting. Hard to get in because they have such a strong clientele, but they are fantastic! I think my stylist used to give classes for the Jaylee/whatever they were before, but has been on his own for a while.
