I was wondering what they were going to put on those plots of land once they started dividing them. Ah well, Handie, welcome to the neighborhood but please don't let your help clutter the servants' roads. And if my planes bother you at all (they shouldn't because of the distance and embankments) please let me know. However, Tiger tends to fly a bit low and John & Kelly are very erratic.

Regardless of your selection of a rather understated residence, welcome. :welcome:

JohnnyM - Handie paid for this house in cash.

His half of the proceeds from producing the film with you. He told us you made him richer than Bill Gates and this is just one of his new made to order homes.

Did he give you your half? :dontknow:

Handi,
What about improvements or an addition, do you have to get permission from the ARC?? ::)

And, here I was thinking about putting down a deposit for Freedom Pointe. :joke: Now all I need is a room in either wing, with a view of the fountain, if possible! I'm sure Handi's staff will take good care of me!

:-* Don't worry Handi. You're inflatable doll wasn't ever really true to you. I saw her the other night at KB's making eyes at an inflatable raft. The little rubber tart! I hate to be the one to break it to you but I believe they left together. Not to worry, with that house, you can do much better. Have you checked the inner tube section at Wal-Mart?

Hang in there guy. ;)

Handie, I've given it some thought since you posted your pic and I've decided I kinda like it. Would you mind if I copied the basic design to use as the gatehouse for my new place? It will be far enough from the main house that the two styles won't clash greatly.

I presume that is mostly acrylic so your tax base won't go up, right?

Not to worry about taxes. Under the Save Our Homes program, I'll only be paying $647. a year. What really ticks me off is that I had the Florida State Wind Inspector look over the place and he says most of my roofs do not qualify for the insurance abatement rebatement program. And the POA Siding Review and Analysis subcommittee says that the siding was improperly installed and I should join their class action lawsuit. And five different firms have told me the water is terrible and I need to install their simple, inexpensive, easy and cheap to maintain water purification and softening system. Must be true. My water turned black during the tests. Oh the trials of properly ownership! Thank god there are several people here who are willing to help me with my investments so I'll make tons of money. And I get a free lunch just for listening to them!

Saw your houses and realized I wanted a simple little country place at The Villages, nothing to large and ostentatious. Something built specifically for a woman, like me.

Did not want to worry about vinyl siding problems, cracks in stucco or if the shingles on my roof were up to code.

You are all invited to come and visit.

You are so fortunate to live in the BIG house....but the servants will have to live here.
If you think that Handie did not approve...look in the back window of the car for the "NY" Yankees hat.

Handi:

Too bad your house was built during standard specs era. I'm sure you would have wanted to stretch it in some places because it looks a little cramped. Also, where is the Lani? I thought they came standard in the designer style homes. I'll wait until they start building the premium version before I consider buying.
