Comcast Contact in TV

What is the email of the Comcast Rep that lives in TV or supports TV? I know that there were several threads/posts of a person in the area that we could e-mail if we were having problems or questions with our Comcast service and weren't getting help from the normal resources.

I know I should have saved the address but I didn't.
