I was visiting a friend in Safety Harbor & we went to Casa Tina in Dunedin for dinner. Without a doubt, the best Mexican food I've had since moving to Florida. Everything is made fresh daily & it tastes like it! Best guacamole ever! I had the excellent enchilada verdes, but everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked delicious.

Casa Tina does have great food ... in fact their are at least 4 or 5 other very good to excellent restaurants within 6 blocks of Casa Tina .... and not to mention Dunedin Brewery for great micro brewed beer.

Somewhere their was a whole thread in dining in Dunedin.

My parents lived in Dunedin for 30 years. We inherited their place, sold it and bought in TV.
Lots of good dinning around, I remember Pappa's in Tarpon Springs, gone now. Paul's Shrimp house in Tarpon, still there. Molly Good Heads in Palm Harbor, still there. The first Hooters I think started in Clearwater and Outback started just down the road. I think their second opening was in Palm Harbor on 19. The Kapok Tree was fun in Clearwater and Shnickle Fritz's in Countryside mall for German deli food. Just a short drive to one of the best steak houses in the country, BERN'S and just a half hour to Ybor City, Tropicana for great Cuban food and The Columbia for great Spanish/Cuban, nothing like the Pompano in a bag.
Ahhhh the memories, still go to BERN'S a couple times a year. Was there in March and it was great.
