Can any of you folks recommend a good reliable place to park your car at the airport (Orlando) who will get you and your luggage to the terminal promptly and who will be on time to pick you up on your return? Thanks.

I usually check with AAA about a motel that lets you book 1 night stay and your car can stay up to 14 days in their lot. The motel provides ( or you pay a slight fee ) for airport shuttle. Works well when flight is early a.m. or late night. Have not used it at Orlando, just Tampa, and other states.

cheapairportparking.org select Marriott lot for 5.00 a day. Works out great for us. Shuttle runs on the half hour. Less than 5 minutes to airport.

Aren't you better off simply taking the Villages van?
Unless there's a special reason for parking at the airport,
the van is a win-win solution.

We use payless parking --(at the toll both) have used this company for 3 years w/o a problem

5.85 per day --quick pick up and drop off

reason we use it --

We like to have our car and not to be dependent on early pick up by van or have to wait for pickup and sometime they have drop offs outside TV which make trip very long--great in a pinch

cost of van or Bus for 2 people 70 each way plus tip $150

Parking for 10 days about 60 --plus gas and tolls around 80/85 --

we also like to stop at supermarket on the way home --

good luck

parking at the marriott hotel nearby is inexpensive (about five dollars a day) and their shuttles run every fifteen minutes...not covered but gated.

We always use the Parking Spot. Drive in and they tell you the spot, pick you and your luggage and shuttle you to the airport and pick you up on your return. We've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle on our return.
