getting my groove back!

ok! destressed momentarily from travel plans so want to suggest a few activities for the upcoming days...firstly, if anyone is bored tomorrow night (thurs) Rocky and the Rollers are at lake sumter landing...friday night we are having dinner at city fire at seven (have not reserved yet so please rsvp) and there is a special car show going on in the square (lake sumter) so perhaps those who don't care for the music scene would come earlier and take a look at the cars. if anyone indicates they will be there, we will try to meet up....then i thought it might be fun to go to barnstorm theatre in brownwood on sunday for the 4:05 showing of Jersey Boys. if it is not raining we can enjoy the paddock square afterwards....later sunday night is also the singles dance at recreation plantation, music by sugar bear band, $10 at the door. doors open at six. music from 7-10. hope everyone can make at least one of these possibilities...any other suggestions gratefully accepted.

OOPS! i am wrong about the car show...it is saturday night at LSL and then sunday night is the finish line from the Amazing Race which apparently is a well known event among car buffs! but we do have a reservation for six for friday at seven at city fire...anyone else am sure can be squeezed in :)

I don't sign on to TOTV often enough. It seems like every time I check in there is so much happening. Reading your threads today is getting me excited about my visit in September even though the timing portends the cold seasons upon my return. C'est la vie.

six of us had fun at the movie today. jersey boys was great...didn't want to leave the theatre while credits were rolling to that great music! then four of us went to scooples! there will be plenty of fun still here in sept...remind us before you come and we will meet and greet.
