12" wheels?

I'm buying a new Yamaha cart and was told the 12" wheels are not advised as they rub when turning. Anyone have 12" wheels without a lift kit on a Yamaha cart? Whats your experience with this?

I have 14 inch SS rims with low profile tires on my 2013 Yamaha. The tires are narrower than the 10's.
I purchased it from TV in LSL.
No rubbing in normal driving.
