The Carving Up of Diane Sawyer (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/06/26/carving-up-diane-sawyers-job-anchoring-aint-what-it-used-to-be/).

I will have to see if David Muir can keep her ratings. For the past few years I have been tuning into World News with Diane Sawyer but she is stepping down for new projects in September 2014. I will give David Muir a chance for a while to see how he does before deciding whether or not to go to another channel.

I won't miss her.

She appears fake.

There are no rating to save, that is why she got fired.

They are hoping the boy can compete with the other stations.

Diane Sawyer is not "faKe" whatever that means. I know her personally and she is a wonderful caring person.

Diane Sawyer or anyone else - the mainstream media is not capable of providing the real news going on in this country - they are too concerned about protecting their politician of the moment. Do yourself a favor and go beyond network news for information.

I am not at all unhappy about Diane Sawyer leaving - I also saw her as fake. She is probably being groomed to be the new Barbara Walters.

Does anyone really still watch ABC News anymore?

I am getting to the point I don't want to watch any network news - all fluff - no substance.

So - what news station do you watch?

First, we watch FOX News (not the opinion shows) and secondly, we've liked Diane Sawyer on ABC next and Scott Pelly on CBS and Brian Williams on NBC are a distant, distant, distant third and fourth as the later two seem to be quite biased.
