I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath +, Washer, Dryer, WiFi, Club Car golf cart. :gc:
I am in Silverlake Village, In the Town of Lady Lake, on the historic side (with all the trees) It is a site built home.
If I were to tell one what the most attractive and usefulness part of my home is, I would say "Privacy" and the Pergola with outdoor TV, and shower. To the rear of my property you can see heavy tree'd area, and 200 ft of vacant agriculture land.
Being I am limited to how many photo's on this site, I can send you more if you email me, private msg me for my email address.
I do not allow pets, if i were, the security deposit would be extremely high.:doggie:
I get $2800.00 for the a month (30 days)
I ask for two deposits:
(1) $1000.00 to reserve home in advance upon signing rental contract, (Refundable on day of occupancy)
(2) $1000.00, 10 days prior to move in, Refundable 10 days once home is vacated, assuming no damage.
I am flexible as to when is the rental start date.
