Maybe I was spoiled but the professionalism of my landscaper, however, I don't think so. I have waited for Aristiscrete to come back and complete my lanai for 3 days. They committed to be here first thing this morning and then called and said they would be here at noon. It is almost 2:00 and still not here. Who would you recommend for me to contact to complete my job?

I feel your pain. I waited for Artiticrete to "show up", off and on, for three weeks. They say morning.....that means mid-afternoon to them. I don't know about you, but every time they came, it was different people who didn't have any idea what I wanted. They kept telling me I didn't have to wait at home for them, but NO WAY was I going to take my eyes off them. My experience with them was so unbelievable, I chose not to post about it, but I will never use them again. My lanai floor looks good, but I still have touch up to do (myself), and I'm sure someone else could have done a better job without all the drama and BS I had to put up with.
Sorry, I don't have a recommendation for you, but I'll be having my driveway done soon, so I'm looking, too.

What does "touch up" mean? Not sure what I need to do after they leave. By the way, the owner came out last evening and taped out the pattern. They are do back this morning to apply the concret. Do here by 10:00 and it is now 9:05. Any bets?

No longer a fan of Artisticrete. They talk a lot to get the contract, then, not so good work. 13 workers showed up for a garage floor, driveway and patio. 11 of them had no clue as to what they were to do. They couldn't wait for me to securely cover machinery, so the acid wash pitted machinery. Poor response to phone calls.

Well, the saga continues. Approaching 11:30 and still a no show despite commitments and two call this morning to their sales manager.

Maybe that explains their "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida and the seven (7) complaints against them over service or product issues.
