I recently had a 300 sf. golf cart addition done by Advanced Construction. I chose this company (had 3 bids) because they were the most professional, a friend had used them and was very happy with the result, and they required no advance payment. There were three draws, each after a specific point in the construction; the first one at roof dry-in. Advanced did an excellent job; the garage looks like it's always been there. The only reason one can tell it's an addition is that it had to built further back because of deed restrictions. I've already recommended the company to a neighbor who was impressed with their work and hired them to do an extension to the their enclosed lanai.

Looking to do a golf cart garage too. Would you mind if I asked you what you paid? Checking my finances to see if we can do this now or wait.

The main concern or perhaps puzzlement is more to the point of additions is that it takes less time to build an entire house in TV than it does for a contractor to do an addition. I had two neighbors who both added on golf cart garages and an additional room and one who installed a pool and it took months and months for completion.

I want to expand but mentally I couldn't take being upside down for very long. I want a contractor that will come do the job and go away and not come and go and go and come and come and go and go and come.... ad nauseam
And i doubt any of them would sign a completion bond

Had ours done by Rowe Homes and love it. Clean and neat, Gary was also great at giving us ideas and we are very happy.
