TOTV is wonderful - I've been filing many of the helpful tips. Standing between a move to The Villages from Ohio for me is helping my husband transition his business. He has had a software development business for over 20 years and has evolved a new patent-pending product – anti spam software. The software has a unique niche for small businesses because the software focuses on not losing good messages, thus not losing online orders. Now the question – what suggestions do you have for finding employees? He would also like investing partners who would help grow the business and advise on Florida small business laws. He would need a small office and would need to find persons to provide technical support. We are going to be in The Villages On February 29 and March 1 and would like to talk with some folks while we are visiting. Thanks for any suggestions.

Since you will be here on a Friday, suggest he attend a Computer Club meeting. 024

Jojo, the Daily Sun is a good place to advertise for employees. I've seen ads for anything from the unskilled, to blue and pink collar, to CEOs advertised. Rarely have I seen an ad for more than 3 days so I would guess they get sufficient applicants in that time.

Thanks for the responses. We are going to submit an ad to the Village Sun primarily for the participating investor. And my husband is following up with the computer club. Thanks for the link. Hope he won't have a problem getting in the center since we don't have Village ID. We also received a PM - so again thanks all.
