Ladies I think that is nature at work. The little guys probably take turns being a foot rest so mom can get the exact angle to properly feed them.

On two Southwest Airlines flights I heard the same safety speech which went something like this:

"If you are travelling with small children and the oxygen masks appear, place your mask on first, and then place a mask on your child. If you are travelling with more than one child, now's the time to select which is your favorite..."
