Italian tile - I found someone who cleaned it!

My Cypress is all Italian tile, and the tiles and grout were very dirty. I saw an ad for Doug to do a demo cleaning. He did it and I had him do about 1/3 of my home-- the most high traffic areas. It came out great, and I told him I'd do a review here.
