Just bought a new 2014 ParCar Legacy Eagle 4 seater and had some adjustments that were needed prior to pickup. After it was delivered I noticed some minor issues and a tech came to my home and determined that it may need to go back to shop to re-look at original adjustments that were done. Robbie the service manager, as well as the salesmen (Rich and Gregg) were super in attending to my situation and got the cart picked up from my home and gave me a loaner. When they had my concerns addressed, Robbie offered to let me stop down and he would go with me on a test drive, which I did. Now that is customer service! The cart will be delivered back to me on Thursday (tomorrow). I really like this unit, and, the great service provided by Columbia ParCar. Just thought I would share this with anyone considering a ParCar.
