Do you mean the "Customer Charge" or the price per therm of natural gas?

I checked the past several months of my TECO bills and the Customer Charge has remained at $15 and the price per therm of natural gas has varied up and down only a couple of pennies each month.

The customer charge went from $15. to $20.

The customer charge went from $15. to $20.

My customer charge for July was still $15.00. Maybe you should call that number.
