Living on a golf course can be very amusing. Winds are up to 40mph gusts this morning and the golfers are right outside our lanai! It looks as tho their balls are heading backwards teeing off at the 4th and ending up on the third green! 1rnfl

I don't need high winds to have a golf shot go crazy, yes even behind me.

I 'm a horrible golfer, very poor hand/eye coordination.
Pretty athletic and good with big ball things like basketball, baseball and football, but golf and shooting pool have always been hard. Too much green space.

Anyway, I once took my first shot from the tee, the ball hit the women's tee marker really hard some 10 yards in front of us, came backwards to rest about 5 yards BEHIND where I hit from.

After the other guys stopped laughing, they voted (split vote) that it was so funny that I deserved a re-do. LOL

I keep praying the winds won't push the golf carts off the bridges between the 6th and 7th holes of Riley. The course has been very busy this morning. I'm surprised. I walked outside and almost lost my footing. I looked at the monster Oak over my master bed and bathroom and wonder if it will come crashing onto the roof. It's wild out there even though the sun is brilliant.

This is my lucky day.........While backing out of my garage , a gust of wind blew my putter out of my bag and into a storm drain............Need I say more..........

I'm wondering if Barefoot's palm is still pointing towards the heavens.

Actually it may have not be from the wind. It's possible the putter is saying something to you like.

1. Please don't use me anymore.
2. Would you please learn to putt before taking me to the golf course.
3. Why did you buy me when you have no clue how I should be used?
4. Not again !!!!!! OH NO!!
5 Please leave me home. Please.
6. I am not a sledge hammer. So stop pounding me into the ground.
7 Please stop cussing at me it's not my fault but the guy holding me who can't putt.
8 If you would quit the game I will stay in this bag permanently.
9 I don't belong here, so please return me to my rightful owner or sell me on Ebay .

Finally # 10.

It's called golf, I am used strictly for the purpose of putting the ball into the hole, not to be used as a crutch or a cane.

Have fun
