trouble with hiring workers

It's probably too late to be asking but...Has anyone used Will Lipps for anything besides tree trimming,laying mulch or planting some flowers? we used him for a couple of years for these things & had no trouble We hired him for a bigger job and we are really starting to regret it. over 2 months now & still bad results. Still trying to give him the benefit of the doubt so I won't get in to details yet. Just wondering if anyone has any experience. I know 2 months but we really trusted him.:loco:

I know this may be the cart before the horse, but did you ever check out the BBB with this company? Alway a wise thing to do when you are getting any service done. Sorry you are having this problem.
