Omar's Painting

Just had Omar's Painting do some painting for me and he did a great job. Very neat and they clean up. I would highly recommend him.

He's on our street (Markridge Loop) right now painting another house. I think he's done 8 homes so far. Everyone seems happy with his work. Big crew and they are quick!

He's done a good job in our neighborhood, too. Many people went with him and are pleased.

But I still think it's good to get bids from other competitors. Monopolies are never a good thing.

Some of the busiest contractors here no longer "have time" to come back when there is a problem, and they have raised their prices a lot because they think they've cornered the market.

Make them "think again" by acknowledging there is "competition".

Always get at least 3 bids. Tell each contractor when he comes to give you his best bid as you will not go back and forth to try to get it lower. Also ask what brand of paint he will use or if you can choose your own brand and how many coats he will put on. Don't forget to check with the BBB about any contractor you may use. You might be surprised that you will get different prices from good contractors.

We used Omar also for our CYV. We were at our home in MI when Omar did the painting. He did a wonderful job with the colors we selected, which included a couple accent walls. . The job was flawless. We would highly recommend him for any job, small or large.
